Kraig Gutierrez brings a rare blend of experience: 30+ years in the cruise industry and 20 years as a high-performing real estate broker.
He began his travel career at just 19, working onboard mega cruise ships before being promoted to shoreside management overseeing entertainment operations of some of the largest vessels at sea. He has sailed hundreds of voyages across nearly every major ocean cruise line either crew member, contractor, manager, guest or host.
In real estate, Kraig built and led a large, successful team and was recognized three years in a row as one of the Top 100 Real Estate Agents in America.
