Joseph joined the company first as a Customer Service Agent and worked his way up to President of Cruise Brothers over two decades learning every aspect of the travel agency business. Given the tremendous growth in the number of Independent Contractors to the business, Joe took on more responsibility as Chief Financial Officer to ensure that the growth of the business went smoothly and was poised to last another fifty years. If that weren't enough, he is a self-taught programmer who envisioned our agent intranet, cbagenttools.com and works closely with our Director of Programming to continually make life easier for our agents. In the small time he has when not looking after his role as CFO he is an avid sportsman and gets away from it all and relaxes with his wife and children in a cabin in New Hampshire.
