Shannon Broadway has been working in the travel industry since 1994, when he started working at an American Airlines owned contact center. He shortly became an account manager there, helping his team of over 150 agents take inbound calls for several major airlines. Shannon later worked for Enterprise Rent-a-Car at their contact center and simultaneously for Southwest Airlines as a customer service agent at the Saint Louis, Missouri Airport. He later worked as a team leader and corporate travel agent booking international business travel at an American Express Rep agency. Shannon also worked as an independent agent for a Saint Louis, Missouri Expedia Cruises affiliated travel agency.

Shannon enjoys helping his customers find the best value in travel and is happy to assist his team to do the same. Shannon has been on 25 different cruises himself and is always anxious to get back out to sea. With over 30 years of travel experience he is ready to share his insights with you. He wants to help you become highly successful too.
