Shauna has since advanced to the role of Team Leader, where she is dedicated to supporting, mentoring, and developing agents as they grow their knowledge and confidence in the travel field. She is committed to fostering a collaborative environment where her team can thrive, stay informed, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
Beyond her professional work, Shauna is married and has a son, and she loves sharing travel experiences with her family. Her personal interests—playing pickleball, discovering new restaurants, and hiking — reflect her belief that exploration should be both enriching and enjoyable. When a trip allows her to combine all of these passions, it becomes an experience she truly treasures.
